🌟 Really Rad Weekend β€” Kids on Fire in Falmouth! πŸ”₯

What. A. Weekend.

Team Vulcan riders tore up the course at the Really Rad Festival of Cyclocross in Falmouth, MA β€” two days of smiles, speed, and mud-splattered determination! πŸš΄πŸ’¨

πŸ’₯ Day 1 β€” Saturday, October 25th

The crew came ready to roll!

Kendal Craven put down one of her smoothest, strongest efforts yet in the Women Cat 4/5 race β€” claiming a 3rd-place podium and holding her own against a seriously tough field! Her lap times were rock-solid and consistent, showing incredible endurance over six laps. Kendal’s pacing was textbook β€” fast early, steady mid-race, and composed all the way through. πŸ’ͺ

Juno Miller tackled a deep Junior Men 11–12 field and never gave up β€” charging through heavy traffic and fighting all the way to 9th place! He showed great race craft and grit on a fast course that rewarded power and precision.

Gunnar Miller put down consistent laps in Junior Men U19, finishing 5th and showing his technical improvement every circuit β€” he was right in the mix with the region’s best!

Nora Phillips was pure focus and flow in Junior Women 9–10, taking the win in dominant fashion! Her two-lap effort was nearly perfectly even, showing both control and late-race acceleration. She crossed the line more than a minute ahead of the field with a smile that said it all. πŸ†

⚑️ Day 2 β€” Sunday, October 26th

Sunday brought fresh legs and even more determination β€” and it showed!

Juno Miller bounced back big time, cutting more than a minute off his lap times from Saturday and finishing an incredible 5th place! His steady pacing β€” with his fastest lap coming late in the race β€” showed true racer maturity.

Kendal Craven was back on the podium again with another 3rd-place finish in Women Cat 4/5, matching her Saturday result with calm control and confidence.

Gunnar Miller charged through the Junior Men U19 race with one of his strongest efforts of the season β€” consistent laps and only seconds separating each split! He locked in 4th place, showing that he’s right on the doorstep of the podium.

And Nora Phillips? She made it two-for-two, taking another 1st place in Junior Women 9–10! Back-to-back wins β€” incredible! πŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡
